Jacob and Mary are Mississippians (by way of Texas and Missouri) calling the Gulf Coast home. Together with the help of their four children, and parents, they are dedicated to meeting, hosting, and helping as many travelers learn about Mississippi as they can.

In 2021 Jacob began sketching and drafting the floor plan to create “Terrace Time” with two close friends. Terrace Time is our first Vacation Property and our Flagship. When the home was completed in June 2022… we hit the ground running. We experienced a surge in demand to stay at our place amongst friends, family, and guests; in the beginning we were only vacant when scheduled maintenance occurred. In an effort to help more folks experience Mississippi, we looked to expand our footprint - quickly. We grew into multiple beach homes in the Waveland Community and then expanded to offer Condos next door to the Diamondhead Country Club and Golf Course. These have been exciting times!

After working to build, remodel, decorate, and host, Jacob and Mary have slowed expansion and now work each day to maintain a high quality of service for each guest. We’re excited to Host you.
